Having had her hair short for a number of years, Karen decided that she’d like a change and grow her hair. At the time, she wasn’t sure how long she’d grow her hair. That was nearly three years ago.
After a year of growing her hair, she thought that it’s such a waste to have a trim, and would rather keep growing it and donate it to charity to make a wig so that her hair can bring someone else joy.
Not to leave it there, she thought it was a great way to raise money for the chop and donate to Parkinson’s Foundation. Karen’s partner has Parkinson’s Disease and she is keen
